Mr Ajay Vadnerkar is an Associate Company Secretary with more than 10 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial, finance, and legal domain. His experience, industry knowledge, network, and problem-solving attitude are instruments to handle complex and challenging assignments.
He has always been supported by industry experts, renowned personalities, and seniors. Trust factor for execution of work, decision making, and success of deal closure makes him unique in his profession. He is equipped with a people-oriented strategy and a focused vision, which would result into bring any big task or assignment to success.

  • Qualified Company Secretary from The Institute Of Company Secretaries Of India (2014)

  • Post Graduate Program in Finance from M. S. University of Vadodara (2013)

  • Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from M. S. University of Vadodara (2008)
